1. Download and open the document with Adobe Acrobat Reader which you have signed.

2. Go to Signature panel Right click on the signature.

3. Show signature properties. Show signer’s certificate. If you see the hierarchy as CCA, CDAC, CDAC Sub-CA, User’s Name [user’s email address], it is a genuine signature.

2. Open the document in Adobe Acrobat Reader >> Click Signature Panel >> Click on Signature. You can see “Document has been modified since the signature was applied”.

The signature certificate allied with your e-signed document is valid for 30 minutes only. Later, the private key is destroyed to prevent misuse but transaction you made or agreed with this doesn’t get voided or invalid though.
